About Sandstone

Sandstone is a sedimentary rock composed mainly of sand-size mineral or rock grains. Most sandstone is composed of quartz and/or feldspar because these are the most common minerals in the Earth's crust. Like sand, sandstone may be any color, but in our quarry the colors are white with brown/yellow grains, yellow and white. Sandstones also are quartz based, small-grained, well bonded sandstone with a prevalence of calcite material giving it a creamy white appearance.Suitable for striking wall application, pool coping and floor in middle traffic application.We have 3 different type of sandstone mention as below :

Use the natural texture and colours of Ivory or rich Savanah wall cladding to create a sophisticated and subtle design for a wall, fireplace or water feature.

It comes in a unique 6 pattern size of 100x100, 100x200, 200x200, 200x300, 200x400 and 300x300, should you require large individual sizes then it can be specially brought in for your requirements.

 

 

golden palimoGolden Palimo Sandstone
Golden Palimo is sandstone which has fine grains enabling a smooth, clean surface finish.

Application:
Suitable for pavers, tiles, striking wall application, pool coping as well as floor in middle traffic application.

 

Cut available:

  • Any size with max size 400x600 mm
  • Tile standard thickness of 20 mm Calibrated
  • Paver standard thickness of 40mm Calibrated
  • Thickness tolerance ± 2mm
  • Length and breadth of up to 600 mm

Finishing Available:

  • Sawn Cut
  • Honed
  • Split Face
  • Bush Hammered

 

 

white palimoWhite Palimo Sandstone
White Palimo is sandstone which has Creamy white base colour.

Application:
Suitable for pavers, tiles, striking wall application, pool coping as well as floor in middle traffic application.

yellow palimananYellow Palimanan Sandstone
Yellow Palimanan is sandstone which has fine grains enabling a smooth, clean surface finish. Yellow Palimanan more yellowish in color if compare to Golden Palimo.

Application:
Suitable for tiles, striking wall application.
